  • Galvanized steel structure.

  • Core of fireproof polyester fiber ((B s1 d0 y B s2 d0 according UNE-EN 13501), water-repellent, rot-proof, and 100% recyclable.

  • Polyester fabric fibers:

    • Tensile strength according to DIN 53857 for the warp: 530.7 N and for the weft: 444.4 N.
    • Tear strength according to DIN 53859 for the warp: 2.8 kg and for the weft: 2.2 kg.
    • Burst strength according to DIN 53857: 934 kPa.
    • Seam strength according to DIN 53857: 2 mm, 17.6 mm for the warp and over 50 daN for the weft; 4 mm, 50.0 mm for the warp and over 50 daN for the weft.
    • Abrasion resistance according to BS 5690, weight loss: 2.2%, 20,000 cycles.
    • Pilling resistance according to the Martindale Method: 4-5.
    • Light fastness according to UNE 40.187 of 5.
    • Rubbing fastness: dry, 4-5, and wet, 3-4.
    • Flammability test BS-5.852, PASS OK.
  • Polyester fabric fiber color to be determined according to esthetics needs.

  • Core of fireproof polyester fiber.
